The Tracy Tidwell Team of ERA Henley Real Estate received the most prestigious award at Faulkner County's Board of Realtors® annual awards ceremony. The Triple Diamond Team Award for Excellence was presented to the team by the Arkansas Realtors® Association for "outstanding achievement and salesmanship abilities in real estate in excess of 21 million dollars during 2013".

The Tracy Tidwell Team was the only group to earn the Triple Diamond designation in Faulkner County. Each of the agents on the team received an Oscar to commemorate their achievement.
