Here at ERA TEAM Real Estate we recognize that our success would not be possible without the support of our community. That's why we are such an active company in the Conway area.
Our main focus has always been customer satisfaction. We like to make our clients happy.
What makes us happy is being able to give back to the community. A part of that is recognizing other businesses that are doing great things for Conway and the Central Arkansas area.

Central Baptist College has a great program to help working adults get back into school. The idea is that with a degree, on average, people earn a higher income than without. A community of residents with degrees increases the average income level and benefits everyone as a result.

Most of the PACE students either left college or never had the chance to start college because of family or job obligations.  However, they realized the need for a college education. As they looked into the possibility of returning to college, they discovered that very few traditional programs are designed to accommodate the needs of an adult learner. PACE personnel understand the needs associated with work and family; therefore, the program meets one night per week from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Most classes can be completed in five weeks and the schedule includes holidays and brief vacations throughout the course of study. PACE is a great way to get your college degree started or to finish what you started!
